| 1. | Remove Pump assembly from tank by removing wires and 10 tank flange bolts. AFTER PUMP HAS BEEN BRAINED. |
| 2. | Remove the two 1/4" cap screws and diverteror cover for the impeller. |
| 3. | Use a 5/16" Allen wrench to loosen the two set screws in the shaft collar. Older modles might take a smaller 1/8" Allen wrench. |
| 4. | Remove impeller and seal assembly. If the impeller is stuck, you may use two screw drivers inserted on each side of impeller but do not apply too much pressure on the impeller for it may become damaged. |
| 5. | The seat for the seal may be removed with a screw driver. |
| 6. | After all parts have been thoroughly cleaned, install new seat in bracket: for easy installation, use a small amount of oil on rubber (but be careful not to scar face of seat) |
| 7. | Replace other parts as they were removed. Reprime pump befor stating pump motor. In most instances, it might be advisable to replace the motor bracket gasket. |
